Our athlete Sydney Van Alphen places 5th at Grils 18s Nationals Congratulations to our athlete Sydney Van Alphen for taking 5th place at the USTA National tournament that was held in Irvine California. We are so happy to see her continue to progress with her off court training where we have seen significant gains in her core stability and her overall strength. Understanding how the human body functions and how to train and stimulate the body in the correct manner is one of the key components of our training system.
