Our newcomer Judy Kam of University High School wins Woodbridge Tennis Club Spring Jr. Open and Cerr

Judy has been training with us for the last couple months and we have already seen some tremendous improvement on her movement patterns. We have been educating her on how to efficiently move on the court and what she needs to do to take her game to the next level. We are also dedicating our time and effort to get her stronger so she can stabilize her body while striking a ball.

She has been able to grasp the concept behind our scientific systematic approach to athletic training and we are very proud to have her on our team!
